The company believes that capital - human, infrastructure, or monetary - is the scarcest commodity in the world. Saara works toward maximizing efficient utilization of capital or maximizing returns on the same.

Given our desire to work with all major global corporations, we recognize the potential for conflicts arising out of working for clients who compete with each other in various segments. Saara Systems endeavors to manage proactively any conflict arising from such situations. We have put in place systems and processes that will ensure that client content and technology are kept confidential and are not compromised.
- Strict "Chinese Wall" between project teams of competing clients.
- No multi-staffing of projects being undertaken for clients in competing domains.
- No re-use of customized content and technology other than generic proprietary tools developed by Saara Systems for internal use.
However, Saara Systems understands that there will be situations that are not covered under the above clauses. Under such situations, the management of Saara Systems promises to uphold the highest ethical standards of corporate behavior. We will not, under any circumstances, compromise on our client's content/technology. |
